1. On March 20, 2015, at around 15:50, the Defendant: (a) expressed that the number of the patients the Defendant was at the fifth floor of the D Hospital located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, but the Defendant did not take prompt measures; (b) expressed that the Defendant would not take prompt measures; and (c) expressed that the Defendant would not take prompt measures; and (d) expressed the Defendant’s desire to “fore, the same year” to the nurse; and (d) expressed the Defendant’s desire to “Nein, EF of the hospital” to the victim EF of the hospital from the underground route, thereby interfering with the Defendant’s operation and management of the hospital by force over approximately twenty minutes.

2. 모욕 피고인은 같은 일시 및 장소에서 위와 같이 피고인이 간병하고 있는 환자의 배가 아프다고 말하였으나 간호사인 피해자 G(여, 29세)가 알았다고 답변하는 것을 듣자 병실 내 환자 4명과 병원 직원들이 듣고 있는 가운데 피해자 G에게 “가시나야, 알긴 네가 뭘 알아, 환자 상태를 보지도 않고 뭔 소리 너 누구한테 월급받냐 싸가지 없는 년아”라고 욕설을 하고, 수간호사인 피해자 H(여, 51세)에게 “야 이 씨발년아, 간호사들 교육을 어떻게 시키느냐, 이 거지 같은 년아, 개 같은 것들은 개 같은 것들끼리 통한다, 니들 월급은 누가 주는지 아느냐”라고 욕설을 하고, 위 병원 E 피해자 F(54세, 남)에게 “네가 E이냐, 이 씨팔놈아, 개 같은 새끼야, 개 같은 놈한테 욕하는데 어떠냐”라고 욕설을 하여 공연히 피해자 G, 피해자 H, 피해자 F를 각각 모욕하였다.
