Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B-learning car.

1. On March 2, 2014, at around 21:55, the Defendant driven the said car from the front side of the “telean-gu, Namcheon-ro, 320-ro, 320-2” (hereinafter referred to as the “Lean-ro”), which is under the influence of alcohol by 0.227% of blood alcohol concentration, to the front side of the “Lean-ro, 320-ro, 35-2” (hereinafter referred to as the “Lean-do, 200 meters”).
