A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 22, 2019, around 10:20 on October 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) 10:20, around the subway station in Gangnam-gu Seoul, and (b) 580 near the subway station in the C cab operated by the injured party B (the age of 60) and (c) 10:40 on the same day, the Defendant, who was drunkly requested the injured party to leave the taxi in front of the Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D apartment, rejected the victim’s vehicle for about 15 minutes by putting it down on the back seat of the taxi.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate taxi operation of the victim by force.

2. The Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties by police officers on handling the 112 Reporting Incident as follows.

D아파트 정문 앞에서 범행 피고인은 2019. 10. 22. 11:00경 위 1항과 같은 장소에서, B의 신고를 받고 출동한 서울용산경찰서 F파출소 소속 경찰관인 경장 G가 피고인에게 택시에서 하차할 것을 요구하면서 피고인의 몸을 흔들자, “추궁하지 마세요. 눈 아프다고 씨발놈아. 뭐라고 씨발. 꺼져, 꺼져.”라고 욕설을 하면서 위 G의 팔을 수회 때리고, 발로 몸을 찼다.

계속하여 피고인은 함께 출동한 경찰관인 순경 H이 피고인의 다리를 흔들어 깨운다는 이유로 “씨발놈아”라고 욕설을 하면서 발로 위 H의 손을 2회 찼다.

B. The Defendant committed the crime at the Criminal Party Team office of the Seoul Yongsan Police Station.

항과 같은 날 13:00경 서울 용산구 원효로89길 24 서울용산경찰서 형사당직팀 사무실에서, “내가 수갑 채우지 말랬잖아, 내가 병원에 데려가라고 했지 이 씨발놈아”라고 욕설하면서 피고인의 운동화를 위 H을 향해 던져 위 H의 뒤통수에 부딪히게 하였다.
