Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Pampaf&D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Pampaf&D”) is an executor who sells 16th shop among the buildings in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B (hereinafter “instant commercial building”).
B. 1) Pampf&D shall recruit the buyers of the instant commercial building, register the sales of the instant commercial building by dividing it, and re-let it from the buyers, and operate the “C Stackf&D Co., Ltd.” (hereinafter the “Camp”) at the same time, and pay the buyer the final profit of the high rate for 10 years.
