1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. M Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “M”) is an executor of the sales business of the 16th floor shopping mall (hereinafter “instant shopping mall”) among the N in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, and the Plaintiffs are the following persons who purchased a part of the instant shopping mall from M:

B. 1) M, while recruiting the buyer of the instant commercial building, shall make a registration by dividing the instant commercial building and sell it again from the buyer, and shall operate the “O Lestop” (hereinafter “the instant Lestop”) at the same time, and shall pay to the buyer the final profit of the high rate for 10 years.

Around February 21, 2011, M sells the instant commercial building by dividing the instant commercial building into 300 stores. 2) Around February 21, 2011, M combines the instant commercial building divided into 12 units with one (1,494m2). Around March 8, 2011, the instant commercial building combined into 240 units of exclusive ownership is divided into 26 units of exclusive ownership among the instant commercial buildings. Around March 22, 2011, three units of the instant commercial building were subdivided into 26 units of exclusive ownership; each of the instant commercial buildings was divided into 315 units of exclusive ownership as shown in the attached Form.

In addition, on May 14, 2011, M filed an application for separate registration of the instant commercial building with the same content as the drawings of the present situation with the Seoul Western District Court, the Seoul Western District Court: (a) on May 14, 201, registered the instant commercial building as the receipt of the same registry on May 18, 2011.

C. 1) The Plaintiffs are located in a part of the instant commercial building between M and M as indicated in the table below (hereinafter “instant real estate”).
