1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) Chuncheon District Court with respect to each real estate listed in separate sheet Nos. 1 and 2;

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff and D are the biological grandchildren of E (Death on September 2, 2013), and the Defendant was living together with E from around 1986.

B. The registration of ownership transfer was completed on December 20, 204 with respect to each 231/620 shares of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 owned by E, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on May 24, 2013 with respect to each 79/620 shares in the Plaintiff and D’s name on May 22, 2013.

After that, on October 28, 2013, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed on October 25, 2013 under the name of the defendant as of October 25, 2013 with respect to the Plaintiff’s share = (79 231/620).

C. The registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of E, the Plaintiff, and D on January 19, 2010 with respect to each one-third share of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of E on May 24, 2013 with respect to each one-six share of the Plaintiff and D on May 22, 2013.

After that, on September 10, 2013, the provisional registration of the right to claim the transfer of all co-owners' shares (hereinafter "provisional registration of this case") was completed in the name of the defendant on September 9, 2013 as to the above real estate under the name of the defendant on September 10, 2013, and on the Plaintiff 1/2 (=1/31/6) shares, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed on October 25, 2013 under the name of the defendant on October 28, 2013.

Attached Form

The registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of E, Plaintiff, D, F (Plaintiff and D’s father) on August 26, 1998 with respect to each of one-fourths of the real estate listed in the list in paragraph 3, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on October 28, 2013 under the name of the Defendant on October 25, 2013 with respect to each of the real estate listed in the list in paragraph 3.

E. The Plaintiff’s registration of transfer of ownership was completed on January 18, 1999 with respect to each one/2 shares of 1,783 square meters of G miscellaneous land (which was divided into G 1,616 square meters and H 167 square meters of land on January 18, 2018; hereinafter “I land”) in Taecheon-si, Taecheon-si, on January 18, 199 with respect to each one/2 shares in the name of the Plaintiff and D as of January 11, 199.
