Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 29, 2014, around 23:10 on March 29, 2014, the Defendant took a bath to police officers who enter and work for drinking alcohol as Seoul Central-gu B, and met themselves with a disturbance, such as paying time.

On the same day, it notified police officers working at 23:20 on the same day that they take a video image of the defendant, and took a bath to the victim C who took a video image without any reason, and assaulted the victim's face to police officers who are performing official duties, such as duplicating the victim's face, thereby hindering the legitimate execution of public officials' duties.
