Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

The Defendants respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A’s crime;

A. At around 10:00 on Nov. 12, 2007, the injured Defendant sought to be “OOO” to the injured party on the ground that the injured party was the Defendant’s husband’s her husband’s her son, and she expressed the victim’s her son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s her son’s son’s son’s her son’

B. Around 11:00 on Nov. 1, 2009, the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire at the blood collection room on the second floor of G Hospital G Hospital in Jeju, that “hing up to our knife” was used by the Defendant on his hand, and assaulted the victim’s left side knife at one time.

C. Around 12:30 on May 13, 201, the Defendant of defamation: (a) prevented the Defendant from drinking the above victim at the H Center in Seocho-si, Seocho-si; (b) thereby damaging the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts to the 30-40 senior citizens, stating, “The first year, changed her husband by leaving her husband; (c) sexual intercourse; and (d) her husband and OOO (sex relationship) at each place between her husband and her husband; and (d) her husband and her husband at each place.”

2. Defendant B’s crime

A. At around 11:00 on the middle of November 2009, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim’s desire to “at the first floor of G Hospital in Jeju, he did not see once the head of the Ban; and (b) was an OOO; and (c) led the victim’s left shoulder by hand.”

B. On May 13, 201, the Defendant of defamation: (a) reported the victim’s dispute with the Defendant’s wife A at the H Center in Seocho-si on May 13, 201; and (b) made it public to the several senior citizens, “When it is deemed that it is an OO owner, it would have different family members of our country.”
