A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 14, 2013, at around 01:15, the Defendant made a false report to police officers B, who are employed at the 112 criminal reporting center of the Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency by making a mobile phone from the 192-12 mobile phone from the 192-13-dong, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, and making a false report to the 112 police officers who are employed at the 112 criminal reporting center of the Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency, and “I am out of the North Korea, and I am out of the gas station.” On the same date, the patrol officers and strong teams, such as C, etc. belonging to the 1,000 U.S. police station of the above 1,000 Won-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Police Station, 22 police stations, and 101 police officers belonging to the 101 patrols, thereby hindering the police officers’ legitimate security and order in the performance of their duties.
