Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 600,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 14, 2015, at around 00:45, the Defendant was able to avoid disturbance for about 15 minutes, such as searching for the B police box located in Jongno-gu Seoul, with the influence of alcohol, cutting down the entrance door, walking off several times, cutting off the entrance, cutting off the shoulder of the police officer C belonging to the above police box that gets to return home, cutting off, taking a bath, and taking a bath, without good cause.
