On September 16, 2015, the Defendant found to have been under the influence of alcohol at a police box located in C where he had been on September 16, 2015, and called “this dog, Nice E”;

엊그저께 우리 어머니가 죽었다, 개새끼야 싸가지 없는 새끼야 ”라고 욕설을 하고, 위 파출소 의자에 앉아 핸드폰으로 경찰관을 촬영을 하면서 “ 싸가지 없는 놈” 이라고 계속하여 욕설을 하고, 신고 있던 신발을 벗어 바닥에 던지는 등 약 1시간 동안 소란을 피웠다.
