As to the crimes listed in Articles 1 through 4 and 9 of the judgment of the defendant, each of the crimes listed in Articles 5 through 8 of the judgment shall be punished by imprisonment for 8 months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On March 28, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a stay of execution three years and six months in Seoul High Court for special robbery, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 5, 2013.

1. On December 5, 2012, around December 5, 2012, the Defendant: (a) reported to D and E on the rear franchiscopus 100CC Abababa, which he stolen from the G and E, Seoul, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City Saembababa; and (b) instigated D and E to commit a special larceny by using the Obababa.

D. At around 23:58 of the same day, D and E, together with the Defendant’s teacher, accessed the victim’s handbag on the front of the F apartment store in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, by using the victim’s G (n, 27 years of age) where he was ging, thereby cutting off the victim’s handbag, which contains 80,000 won in cash and 80,000 won in the victim’s shoulder and 1 card card.

2. On December 5, 2012, the Defendant acquired 30,000 won of cash that D and E stolen from victims G, as set forth in the above paragraph (1), from the back end of the department store of Tae-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, with knowledge of the fact that it was stolen from victims G, around December 5, 2012.

3. On December 6, 2012, the Defendant of a special larceny teacher: (a) instigated D and E with the same method as the above paragraph 1 on the 1stma on the roads before the Iel located in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City H around December 6, 2012.

D. At around 17:10 on the same day, E, together with the Defendant’s teachers, accessed the victim K (Y, 55 years of age) who was walking its seat in front of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J, and then stolen the victim’s handbags in cash, including 130,000 won, BC credit card 2, etc. by E fishing.

4. The Defendant, on December 6, 2012, obtained stolen goods from the victim K, is the stolen goods of KRW 60,000, out of cash that D and E stolen from the victim K, on the roads front of the Iel located in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City H around December 6, 2012.
