A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 28, 2006, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million from the Incheon District Court to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, and on May 10, 2010, a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for the same crime was issued by the same court.

On September 11, 2016, when the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol 0.146% on September 11, 2016, the Defendant driven a vehicle B C200 (benz) owned by the Defendant, which was under the influence of alcohol 0.146% on two or more occasions, and proceeded with a section of about 2 km from the Nam-gu Incheon Nam-gu, Incheon, to the promotional distance intersection from the Nam-gu, Incheon to the promotional distance of 574 meters.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person who is engaged in driving a passenger car B 200

On September 11, 2016, at around 04:10, the Defendant moved to the right side of the new engineer distance from the side of the academic distance, along with the intersection of 574 promotion 574, the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu.

At the same time, there is a vehicle signal device and there is a vehicle left left turn according to the left turn signal in the opposite part, so the driver has the duty of care to yield the course to the vehicle left and stopped temporarily.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this, as described in Paragraph 1, and neglected to drive in a state where normal driving is difficult due to a drunken drinking, and caused the victim C (the age of 49) who was driving on the left-hand turn signal to the left-hand turn-hand turn-hand turn-hand turn-hand turn-hand turn-hand turn-on.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt ties, tensions, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks due to the above negligence.
