1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 100,000,000 to the Plaintiff and Defendant B with respect thereto from March 21, 2017, and Defendant C.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is the owner of Suwon-si D Building E (hereinafter “instant building”).

Defendant B, Suwon-si, Suwon-si

F. A person operating the H Licensed Real Estate Agent Office in subparagraph Ga (hereinafter “instant office”) is a person who actually entered into a brokerage business of the instant building and a charter contract with the Plaintiffs, and Defendant C is a person who lent his licensed real estate agent’s license to Defendant B.

B. Defendant B, who entered into the pertinent lease contract, etc. on the instant building, was delegated by the Plaintiff with the authority to engage in brokerage, in personam lease contract, lease contract, etc. on the instant building.

Defendant B, upon delegation by the Plaintiff, entered into an obligatory lease contract, etc. with the following content on behalf of the Plaintiff.
