All appeals by the defendants are dismissed.
The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Defendants.
The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.
Reasons
1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance cited in the judgment is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the addition of the following matters to the judgment of the court of first instance (the grounds of appeal by the defendants are not significantly different from the allegations in the court of first instance. The judgment of the court of first instance is just in light of the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court of first instance, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just in light of the evidence submitted by the defendants to this court, and there is no error as alleged by the defendants as the grounds of

Unless there are special circumstances where it is difficult to adopt a factual determination of a criminal judgment in light of other evidence submitted in a civil trial, since the facts recognized in the judgment of the relevant criminal case that has already been convicted, even if not subject to detention of the facts established in the civil trial, even though they are not subject to detention of the facts established in the civil trial, it shall not be rejected (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decisions 88Meu16270, Sept. 12, 1989; 90Da11028, Jan. 29, 1991). The Defendants asserted the same purport in the relevant criminal case, but all of their arguments were rejected, and it is difficult to recognize that the evidence submitted by the Defendants alone has special circumstances to determine that it is difficult to adopt a factual determination of the relevant criminal trial.”
2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants should be accepted within the scope of the above recognition, and the remainder should be dismissed as there is no reasonable ground.
The judgment of the court of first instance is justifiable in its conclusion, and all appeals by the Defendants are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
