1. The Plaintiff:
A. The Defendants deliver each real estate listed in the separate sheet;
B. Defendant B, Inc., Ltd., on March 2019
Reasons
1. On June 2018, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with Defendant B, C, and each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet, respectively. On May 5, 2019, the said lease agreement was terminated on the grounds of rent delay.
At present, the Defendants jointly possess each real estate listed in the separate sheet.
Therefore, the Plaintiff sought delivery of each real estate listed in the separate sheet against the Defendants, and sought payment of unpaid rent and unjust enrichment for Defendant B and C corporation.
2. Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts (a judgment made by deemed as private capital);
