1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;
(b) KRW 6,896,520 and as regards this, it shall be dated 2016.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On December 23, 2014, the Plaintiff leased real estate listed in the attached list to the Defendant as KRW 10,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 500,000 (Additional Tax Table), and the lease period of KRW 2 years.
B. Since September 2015, the Defendant delayed payment of rent from around September 2015, the Plaintiff terminated the said lease contract on the grounds of the overdue rent of more than two years.
C. Therefore, following the termination of the above lease agreement, the Defendant handed over to the Plaintiff the real estate indicated in the separate sheet, which is the object of the lease, and sought restitution of the amount of the rent equivalent to the rent from September 24, 2016 to July 23, 2016, including KRW 5,50,00 in arrears for ten months from September 2015 to KRW 1,396,520 in total and KRW 1,396,520 in management expenses for the 13-month portion, and the amount of the rent from July 24, 2016 to the completion of delivery of the said real estate.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
