A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 22, 2014, at around 23:03, the Defendant driven C rocketing car with a blood alcohol content of about 0.159% at the 1km section in front of the shooting distance of the Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seocheon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seocheon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 107-1 Alley Culture Center at the front of the shooting distance of the 1km Special Metropolitan City Center.
