Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 20, 2009, the Defendant issued, at the Incheon District Court, a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, to a fine of KRW 1.5 million, a summary order of KRW 1 million for the same crime in the same court on March 12, 2010, and a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for the same crime in the same court on August 19, 2010, respectively.

On October 13, 2014, at around 00:20, the Defendant driven Bi40 automobiles with approximately KRW 500 meters alcohol concentration 0.143%, while under the influence of alcohol, from the Hancheon-gu, Seocheon-gu to the roads of about 107, the end of the same Gu.
