Criminal facts
On October 31, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for the crime of interference with business, etc. in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch on September 16, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence.
1. Violence;
A. At around 22:00 on September 6, 2014, the Defendant attached her hand to the victim’s Hand, a victim, who was set up in the front of the operation of the victim’s D in Yasan-gu, Yasan-si. On October 31, 2014, from around 02:20 to 02:50 the same day, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (a) walked to the restaurant located in F in the front city in the front city of the city; (b) asked customers who had food in the above restaurant to leave the above restaurant; (c) the victim G, an employee of the Defendant, “I will walk the restaurant.
