A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall receive any subsidy or indirect subsidy by making a false application or by any other unlawful means.

From January 7, 198, the Defendant, while running the gas pipeline installation company (former) on the second floor of the same building, had resided in the second floor of the same building. On February 17, 2016, the Defendant applied for a project to support the return to the Gun Office in the Newananan-si (U.S.) and was selected as a subsidized project operator of the “project to support the purchase of return to fishing, return to rural, and housing” from the number of Shinan-gun (U.S.) around April 25, 2016.

A person selected as a subsidy program operator shall actually engage in fishery while living in a fishing village, and when operating an individual business, he/she shall close the business before requesting the head of a local government to issue a certificate of business performance, and where he/she intends to purchase a fishing vessel with subsidies, he/she shall purchase the fishing vessel owned by another person

Nevertheless, even after being selected as the eligible recipient of the support project, the Defendant continued to operate the above business entity which has no relations with the fishery while continuing to reside in the residence other than the fishing village and continued to operate the said business entity. Even if the “E” of the fishing vessel having only its own ownership or its name was actually purchased normally from D and was thought to receive subsidies, the Defendant submitted an application for loan and alteration of the terms and conditions to the person who is in charge of the loans from the North Korean branch office of the FF bank that knew of such fact around May 11, 2016 and received KRW 63,00,000 from the ear fishermen’s business start-up support fund, and received KRW 10,472,000 in total twice by additionally receiving the subsidy from the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Department around May 23, 2016.
