Defendant
A is the head of the F University G G department, the head of the center for supporting the sports industry (business start-up) and the Secretary General of H, and the defendant B is the part-time lecturer of the same university as the head of the general headquarters of the support center for sports industry (business start-up).
1. Joint crimes committed by Defendant A and Defendant B
A. The Defendants were selected as a subsidy program operator for the employment of the sports industry (business start-up) in 2015, which was managed by the Korean Sports Development Institute, with the subsidies of KRW 150 million from July 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015.
The Defendants: (a) claimed a subsidy to an employee in charge of the University Industry-Academic Cooperation, who manages the said subsidy by using books, banners, printed materials production and field practice expenses; (b) expenses for start-up campaigns; or (c) adding the number of days of work for daily workers, etc. required for the said business process; and (c) collected the difference between the amount actually paid and the amount additionally paid, excluding card fees, taxes, etc., from the J, an operator of “I” to arbitrarily use the said subsidy.
