Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. At the time of the Korean War, at the time of the Daegu-do War, the Gyeongcheon-do Police Bureau under the jurisdiction of the defendant, the police officers belonging to the Ycheon-gun Police Station (or soldiers), around July 14, 1950, and around July 16, 1950, the police officers belonging to the Yancheon-gun National Police Station (or soldiers) died collectively in order to undergo due process, such as the Yancheon-gun National Assembly, the Bocheon-gun National Assembly (Seoul), the Bocheon-do National Assembly, the Gancheon-do National Assembly, and the Gancheon-do National Assembly, without undergoing due process.
