A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service of CK3 cars.

On November 1, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol on November 1, 2016, and got to turn to the left at a non-speed speed between the national highways No. 45 between the above intersection and the two-lanes in the vicinity of the road along the intersection in the direction of safe-si training, along the one-lane toward fostering from the high side.
