A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 25, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year in Seoul High Court for the purpose of the violation of the main building and fire prevention, and completed the execution of the sentence in the main prison on October 12, 2014.

After release from the above prison, the defendant is a person residing in the Gangwon-si Office of Gangwon-si, the Gangwon-do Office of Gangwon-si.

1. On December 9, 2014, at around 01:30, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol on the street in front of the Fnobya-si, Chuncheon-si; (b) brought the victim G (n) who was waiting for a vehicle for traffic of driving on behalf of the victim at the same time without any particular reason; (c) took two times the left-hand end of the victim due to the Defendant’s head; and (d) took two times the victim’s head, and took up two weeks of the victim’s left-hand end, and took approximately two weeks of the snow pool and the snow room.

2. Performance of official duties;

A. On December 9, 2014, at around 02:05, the Defendant was investigated by the I District District of the Chuncheon Police Station located in Chuncheon City, Macheon-si, Macheon-si, and then obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the maintenance of public peace and security and the control of crimes, by putting his/her face on the patrol team and attempting to assist the Defendant in returning to Korea. In front of the said patrol team, the Defendant took a bath to the effect that “I am out of her opening. I am out of her opening. I will am out of her opening. I am. I am. I am. I am. I am. I am.).”

B. On December 9, 2014, at around 02:50, the Defendant reported that “the Defendant was assaulted by police officers” by 112 after having arrived at the office of the Gangwon Branch of the said DDDD, and that, upon having called the scene, the police officers assigned to the Chuncheon Police Station L district forces (the guard belonging to the Chuncheon Police Station L district forces) to the scene, the Defendant took a bath to the effect that “this e-mail spacks were cut off.
