1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The evidence seized shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On October 19, 2012, Defendant A, B, and C were sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for a violation of the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act at the Changwon District Court on October 19, 2012, and the decision became final and conclusive on January 4, 2013 and is currently in the grace period.

1. The Defendants’ co-principal defendants in collusion with D, around October 2012, are equipped with equipment and facilities to manufacture fake gasoline in collusion with D, 8 plastic storage tank (7 , 2,000 liter , 7 , 2,000 , 1 of the compact presses, 1 of the compact presses, and 1 of the E-transport pumps, etc. ① Defendant A shall exercise overall control over the purchase of fake materials and the management of orders and funds, ② Defendant B manufactures fake in a mixture of softs, luene, and mers at a certain ratio. ③ Defendant C transferred the manufactured gasoline to B with the metal container (18 liters) and sold it to the Defendant retailers, ④ Defendant D’s order to purchase them as well as Defendant D’s order to purchase them.

In collusion with D, the Defendants: (a) around October 2012 (Defendant C around November 2012) through (b) January 2013, 2013, in collusion with D, made a mixture of soft events, Toluene, and Mean, which are raw materials for the manufacture of fake gasoline, which were supplied to the foregoing “M” plant, from the end of January 2013; and (b) made a total of KRW 207,14,00 in the market price, and sold them to the retailers such as retail store operators and N, etc.

2. Defendant A and B’s co-offenders in collusion with each other from January 2012 to June 2012, 2012, at the mutual influoric retail stores located in Seongbuk-gu in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, 3,780 canals (68,040 liters) for gasoline 18 liters from manufacturers.
