1. The defendant
(a) Of the real estate listed in the attached list, a mushroom cultivator C (C) Dong, 173.43m2, among the real estate indicated in the attached list.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. (1) The Plaintiff is the owner on January 10, 2013, who completed the registration of ownership transfer on the real estate indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”). The Defendant is the lessee who partially leased the instant real estate.
(2) On September 11, 2006, Nonparty C, the husband of the Plaintiff, purchased the instant real estate on September 1, 2006 and completed the registration of ownership transfer with Nonparty D’s co-ownership (1/2, respectively), one’s own father, and succeeded to the entire share upon the death of the network D on July 27, 201.
B. (1) On December 2006, the Defendant entered into a lease contract between the Defendant and C with respect to the lease deposit amount of KRW 2,000,000, monthly rental fee of KRW 240,000 (6-month advance payment period of KRW 120,000 per Dong), and the lease period of KRW 240,000, monthly rental fee of KRW 240,000 (6-month advance payment period of KRW 120,00 per annum per Dong), from January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2007, with the same I (A) as 206.
(2) The term "3. After the expiration of the term of lease, the life-long city shall be fixed to the original condition of the building, and the non-performance shall be forced as the deposit.

(3) From January 1, 2008 to increase the rent of KRW 1,30,00 per month from January 1, 2008, the Defendant agreed to pay in advance the rent of KRW 1,560,00 for six months (i.e., 2 Dong x 130,000 per month x 6 months) and used the instant H and I Dong in advance. From January 1, 2009 to pay in advance the rent of KRW 1,200,00 per month (i.e., the first half and the second half payment).
(4) However, the Defendant did not pay the rent for the last half of 2010 and the rent for the first half of 2011. On January 1, 2011, other than the instant Hdong, contrary to the aforementioned agreement.
