Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BScar car.

On February 7, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car at around 09:25, and continued the intersection of the private distance in front of the D cafeteria located in Chuncheon City, Chuncheon, to the E-cooperative surface from the street room.

Since there is a place where traffic control is not performed, there was a duty of care to confirm whether there is a cross-road vehicle by reducing speed or temporarily stopping the vehicle for the driver of the vehicle, and to drive safely.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and received the part on the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle, which was driven by the Victim F (the age of 64) who was the left-hand side from the right-hand side of the Marined Defendant’s running direction, as well as by his negligence.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment due to occupational negligence as above.
