Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

At around 21:00 on June 3, 2013, the Defendant driven the above-mentioned vehicle, and led the intersection of the private street in front of the E-cafeteria-dong, Yongsan-gu, U.S. to turn to the left from the view square.

At this point, traffic control by signal apparatus is not carried out, so in such a case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to check whether there is a cross-road by reducing speed or temporarily stopping the motor vehicle and to drive the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused injury to the victim H (V) who took the front part of the G-port cruise car operated by F, which is directed directly to the Sinsan-dong Office from the lake park to the left by the occupational negligence of which the Defendant was driving, by taking the front part of the said cruise car as the back gate of the said passenger car operated by the Defendant, and took the front part of the said cruise car into the lower part of the said cruise car, thereby getting the victim H (V) who took the said cruise vehicle into the said cruise vehicle for about two weeks.
