1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 134,785,592, Plaintiff B, and C, respectively, and each of them.
Reasons
Basic Facts
A. 1) Defendant E is the head of a child-care center operating G child-care center in the F of Jung-Eup, and Defendant D is the child-care teacher affiliated with the above child-care center, and Defendant Child-Care Safety Mutual Aid Association (hereinafter “Defendant-Care Mutual Aid Association”).
(2) The Plaintiff is an original student who is enrolled in the above childcare center and the Plaintiff B and C are the parents of the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff is the Plaintiff’s parents.
B. (1) On December 17, 2014, Defendant D 1: (a) dykeed water to Plaintiff A by coffee so as to let the Plaintiff drink fry at the center of G Child Care Center around 17:50 on December 10, 2014; (b) while Plaintiff A puts the cryke in a tea and bridge, Plaintiff A’s face, item, and other parts of Plaintiff A’s body; and (c) thereby, Plaintiff A dykeed hot water into approximately 7% of the physical area of the body, such as inside, gyke, and gyke (hereinafter “instant accident”).
2) At the time of the instant accident, Defendant D’s failure to see that Plaintiff D was able to make straws in order to lead to the loss of oil, and that Plaintiff D did not come up to Defendant D’s side.
3) Between the main room of G Child Care Center and the ward in which children are located, a lower door was established to prevent infants from being released. However, Defendant D did not close this door. 4) Defendant D was convicted of injury caused by occupational negligence on April 7, 2015 in relation to the instant accident.
(E) The fact that there is no dispute (based on recognition) . [Attachment 2015 J. 25] of Jeonju District Court 2015 M. [Attachment 25], the entry of Gap Nos. 1 through 3, 6, 9, and 17, and the overall purport of the oral argument is that defendant D is liable for damages as a child care center, as it is a child care center, there is a risk that the infant's child, if having access to the surrounding area, could bring about a video by opening a door to prevent such safety accident.
