1. The Defendant’s revocation of the qualification of the president against the Plaintiff on February 14, 2019 shall be revoked.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff was the president of the C Child Care Center (hereinafter “instant Child Care Center”) who had six half of the total floor area of 478.5 square meters, 78 persons who were born between 0 and 5, and 9 infant care teachers, on the three-story building in Si-si, Si-si.
