A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 01:30 on October 3, 2015, the Defendant driven B 2 truck under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.141% at the section of about 600 meters, from the road near the Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the road front of the exit of about 1530-1, the same Gu.
