A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 6, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes), violation of the Road Traffic Act (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) and the Road Traffic Act (Aggravated Punishment, etc.) (Aggravatedly under the influence of 07:20% of blood alcohol concentration of 0.198% on July 6, 2014, the Defendant driven Esch Rexroth under the influence of driving a motor vehicle as his duties, and straighted the distance intersection prior to Citti Bank located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, into the remote middle school room located in the Nowon High School located in Nowon High School, due to the negligence of violating the traffic signal apparatus’s signal apparatus’s failure to comply with the traffic signal apparatus’s math in the offside basin and directly going through the said intersection, thereby causing the victim to suffer injury, such as salt, tension, and so on. At the same time, the Defendant did not immediately repair or repair the said motor vehicle as is owned by the victim.

On July 6, 2014, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) around 07:15, the Defendant operated an Esch Rexroth car not covered by mandatory insurance from around 3km to the front road of the Defendant’s office located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H to the Mountainous District in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu.
