Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Records] Defendant B was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the August of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Incheon District Court's Branch on February 1, 2017, and the same month.

[Criminal facts]
1. On August 2017, Defendant A, along with F, purchased high-priced gold, etc. with a forged credit card and intended to encash it. Defendant A forged a credit card with a false credit card by securing customer identification information (mms) from a person under the name of the credit card by using a forged credit card. Defendant A, after taking in Defendant B to use a forged credit card, served as driving with F and Defendant B, or purchasing gold, etc. with a directly forged credit card. Defendant B purchased high-priced gold, etc. with a forged credit card from Defendant A at first time on October 2017, with the intention of purchasing a forged credit card at a price of KRW 400,000 per 10,000,000,000,000 won, with the intention of purchasing it through F and then obtaining consent to each of Defendant A’s purchase of a forged credit card and a false credit card, with the intention of purchasing it through each of Defendant A and the credit card.
2. Highest 2017 8897
A. On September 20, 2017, Defendant A, along with F, purchased gold products equivalent to KRW 4,488,000 from “H store” located in Dong-gu Daejeon-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, and submitted the I’s national card (J) under the name of the damaged person as if the F was his credit card, and signed on the sales slip.
However, the credit card presented as above was forged, and Defendant A and F did not have an intention or ability to pay the settlement price.
Nevertheless, Defendant A and F deceiving the victim as above.
