Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The owner of an automobile in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall not operate the automobile on a road which has not been bought mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, at around 19:50 on August 15, 2015, the Defendant operated a B ice car not covered by mandatory insurance from approximately 20 K m from the front road of the Jejunam Reservoir located in the Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, to the front road of the Sejong Metropolitan City, Gangseo-gu.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents”) driven a BOrop vehicle at the time and work set forth in paragraph (1) and proceeded ahead of the Sejong Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City Ysansan-dong, Busan Metropolitan City Yansan-dong
