The judgment below

The remainder, excluding a compensation order, shall be reversed.

A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal by the defendant is unreasonable because the punishment sentenced by the court below (one year and six months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

2. Although the crime of this case is reasonable for the defendant to obtain by deceiving a number of victims, the damage is not recovered due to the failure to reach an agreement with most victims, even though it is not reasonable for the defendant to obtain by deceiving the Kamera and sound equipment.

However, the court below's punishment against the defendant is unreasonable in full view of all the sentencing conditions of this case, including the defendant's character and conduct, family relation, background and method of the crime, and circumstances after the crime, etc.

3. If so, the defendant's appeal is reasonable. Thus, pursuant to Article 364 (6) of the Criminal Procedure Act, the remaining part of the judgment below except the compensation order is reversed, and it is again decided as follows through pleading.
