Defendant:

A. As to KRW 115,201,896 and KRW 34,800,00 among them, Plaintiff A shall be from December 24, 2019 to April 14, 2020.

1. The defendant is a company running air transport business with the head office located in Yangyang-gun G. The plaintiffs are the workers retired from office by entering into an employment contract with the defendant and engaging in the operation of an aircraft captain.

2. The parties' assertion

A. The Plaintiff asserted that the Plaintiffs worked during the period indicated below, and that the Plaintiff would receive wages of KRW 10,000,000 per month from the acquisition date of the captain’s qualification.

Since the defendant delayed payment of part of wages and did not pay retirement allowances even after retirement of the plaintiffs, the defendant has the obligation to pay wages in arrears and retirement allowances as stated below.

B. Defendant’s assertion 1) The Defendant paid only KRW 7,00,000 per month to the Plaintiffs due to managerial difficulties, and additionally paid KRW 3,00,000 per month when the company’s finance remains.

The plaintiffs knew and agreed to this.

2) Since part of the Plaintiffs entered as an additional head of career service and received education for acquiring the qualification for captain (hereinafter “education for promotion of captain”), the period of work of Plaintiff B and D shall be calculated from the date of acquisition of the qualification for captain. Since Plaintiff C’s resignation is accepted as of December 31, 2019, the Plaintiffs’ period of work is as set forth below.

The retirement allowances, etc. of the plaintiffs shall be calculated according to the following employment period.

On March 6, 2017, A on March 31, 2017, B, on March 31, 2017, B, on November 4, 2018, C, November 30, 2019, C, on December 31, 2018, April 21, 2018, E, December 31, 2019, E, September 17, 2018, the Defendant provided the Plaintiffs with education for conversion or conversion of the type.
