1. All appeals filed by the plaintiffs are dismissed.

2. Determination as to the plaintiffs' application for physical appraisal against defendant representative F

A. The plaintiffs filed for the physical appraisal of the plaintiffs with this Court as to whether the defendant representative F was disabled by the disorder of memory and recognition function due to an external stimule disorder, whether or not there was a disability due to a brue or luminous disorder, and the contents and degree of the "related physical appraisal". We examine the legitimacy and necessity of the request.
