Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

피고인은 B, C, D과 함께 2014. 6. 15. 12:45경부터 같은 날 13:15경까지 사이에, 서울 중랑구 중랑역로 54 봉화공원 내에서 화투 20매를 이용하여 다섯 장을 받아 3장으로 10 또는 20을 맞추고 나머지 2장으로 끗수를 가려 높은 사람이 도금을 가져가는 방법으로 속칭 ‘도리짓고땡’이라는 도박을 하였다.
