1. As to each building listed in the separate list of real estate No. 1 among lawsuits against Defendant Daegu Metropolitan City North-gu.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On January 25, 1985, the area of 155 square meters in the Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu (hereinafter “YY”) was jointly owned by Defendant B, C, D, E, F, and net AA, network AB, each of 1/8 shares, net V shares, 2/72 shares, Defendant P’s shares, 6/72 shares, and the network Y (hereinafter “YY”) located in the “Seoul Northern-gu, Daegu-gu X,” according to the registration certificate.
B. Around January 25, 1985, on the land before subdivision, a wooden flag of 1st floor and an extract house of 30.8 square meters (the house was extended to 54.39 square meters on January 22, 2009, a building of 2nd floor brickd reinforced concrete slabd block, a multi-class neighborhood living facility of 54.39 square meters on January 1, 2009; hereinafter referred to as “AC-dong building”) and a 22.14 square meters of 14 square meters of 1st floor (the mark on the building register of the foregoing house is as indicated in paragraph (1) of the attached Table 1; hereinafter referred to as “AD-dong building”) and a 14.69 square meters of 14.69 square meters of 2nd floor (the mark on the building register of the foregoing house was indicated in attached Table 1’s list 2; hereinafter referred to as “AE-dong building”) were built and cultivated pursuant to the approval for use of the building register.
(2) In the building ledger created as above, “W (W, hereinafter referred to as “each building of this case.” The “W (W, hereinafter referred to as “W”) which is located in Daegu North-gu X at the time and place of residence as co-owners of the land before subdivision at the time is indicated as co-ownership of each building of this case. In the building ledger created as above, “W (W,” which is located in Daegu North-gu X.
(No share of each co-owner is indicated).
The net AF purchased the land and each building of this case, which are the land and each building owned by many people, around September 1988, and completed the registration of ownership transfer as to the whole land before subdivision from November 16, 198 to September 25, 1992.
After August 198, 1998, the net AF is a building AC and a land before subdivision.
