Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendants and E’s position and E are foreigners of KIKOzististan nationality, Defendant A is the friendship of E, and Defendant B is the spouse of E.
E entered the Republic of Korea with a short-term comprehensive visa (C-3) on June 22, 2004 on a short-term basis, and entered the Republic of Korea on July 23, 2004 through October 18, 2004, after obtaining a departure order from the head of the Incheon Airport Immigration Office on June 9, 2008, during the period of illegal stay from July 23, 2004 to October 18, 2008, E entered the Republic of Korea, and based on the above name passport issued by changing the date of birth and name to GH at will from the foreign diplomatic authorities, and entered the Republic of Korea on or around July 21, 2008, and served as the Embassy of the Republic of Korea from October 12, 2010 to May 24, 2013.

A entered the Republic of Korea with a short-term general visa (C-3) on May 10, 2006 on a short-term general visa (C-3), and entered the Republic of Korea on June 10, 2006 through April 10, 2006, and entered the Republic of Korea upon obtaining a departure order from the head of the Immigration Office on August 19, 2010, and entered the Republic of Korea on the basis of his/her date of birth and name changed from his/her own L, and entered the Republic of Korea on November 17, 2010.

B From July 2007, from around 1403, Mtel 1403, and around September 2009, Jung-gu Seoul Jung-gu NO operated a mid-term equipment export company.
2. In the Republic of Korea, Defendants E and Defendant A illegally stay in the Republic of Korea by fraudulent means.
Because of the departure from the Republic of Korea, the passport and visa were issued in a way that alters the name and date of birth by concerns over prohibiting re-entry into the Republic of Korea, and Defendant B shall be able to use the passport and visa as accompanying documents at the time of application for unlawful visa issuance as above.
