All the Defendants disclose the summary of the judgment against the Defendants not guilty.

1. The summary of the facts charged of this case is that Defendant A, while being aware of the victim F and the victim F, sold or obtained the above real estate from the defective victim or obtained the security loan, and conspired again to sell the so-called borrower's work with the content of receiving the security loan after changing the name of the owner of the real estate from Defendant B and a person with good credit to the owner of the real estate and then changing the name of the owner of the real estate.

From October 17, 2013, the Defendants: (a) by deceiving the victim without explanation that they should transfer the ownership of the real estate to the victim; (b) by deceiving the victim; (c) transferred the ownership of the said real estate to the name of K, which is the partner of the Defendant B; and (d) on October 31, 2013, the Defendants transferred the ownership of the said real estate under the name of Dong-si G apartment-dong 502 (30 million won, KRW 10 million, KRW 40 million, KRW 10 million, KRW 40 million, KRW 100,000, KRW 100,000, KRW 1010, KRW 100,000, KRW 1010, KRW 100,000, KRW 100,000, KRW 100,000, KRW 100,000 in the name of the Defendant’s Dong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to deception the victim to acquire the real estate amounting to KRW 220,00,000 in total.
