Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a small-type taxi B.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the injury to the victim C, who is the driver of the above cargo vehicle due to the above occupational negligence for approximately two weeks, to the light clocks and tension in need of treatment, and the injury to the victim H (24 years old) who was on board the above clocks in need of treatment for about six weeks, and the injury to the clocks and tensions that require approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim E, who is the driver of the above clocks.
