A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four years and by imprisonment for three years.

However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics.

1. The sole criminal conduct of Defendant A;

A. MDMA (one name, X-si, hereinafter “X-si”), the Defendant sent an X-si, a psychotropic drug, to the name-free narcotic sales store residing in a foreign country.

C. On February 21, 2013, the Defendant possessed approximately 7.67 gramopon, psychotropic drugs, psychotropic drugs, on the clothes, books, etc. at the Defendant’s room located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government International Building 2511, and possessed approximately 2.6 gramopon, psychotropic drugs, approximately 2cb.6 grams, approximately 1.4 gramgs, and about 1.7 grams of marijuana.
