The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
1. The gist of the grounds for appeal is that the defendant does not leave the victim;
2. Comprehensively taking account of the evidence duly adopted and examined by the judgment of the court below and the trial court, the fact that the defendant gets on a taxi driven by the victim is sufficiently recognized on the ground that the defendant gets on the taxi driven by the victim and returned to the road of the victim .
Therefore, the defendant's assertion is not accepted.
3. As such, the defendant's appeal is without merit, and it is dismissed under Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
