Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in the duty of driving Bone Star Co. Ltd.

On December 25, 2014, around 16:30 on December 25, 2014, the Defendant driven the above line at the crosswalk C in front of the Jeju, and moved to a right-hand bypass from the search library to the air protection area.
