A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a four-lane road of 600 meters in Hancheon-si, Jinsu-si, Jinsu-si, Jin-si, Jincheon-si; (b) on the one hand, the Defendant continued to drive a three-lane 600-lane from the Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si; (c) on the other hand, the victim D (60) driven a four-lane to the Defendant’s vehicle; and (d) on the other hand, the Defendant continued to drive the said taxi with the Defendant’s left-hand side; and (d) on the other hand, the Defendant continued to drive the said taxi with the victim D's driver’s left-hand side; and (e) changed the victim D's vehicle to the victim D's speed after the victim D's rapid change.

G Driving caused the said taxi to be the back of the said taxi, and due to its shock, the said taxi once again became the back of the said passenger vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant carried a motor vehicle, which is a dangerous object, and inflicted injury on the victim D, such as chills, tensions, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks, and inflicted injury on the victim C (the 36 years old), who was accompanied by the victim C (the 36 years old), such as chills, tensions, etc. in which the number of days of treatment cannot be known, and at the same time, affected the victim D’s utility by adding the 7,80,000 won in total to the repair cost of the 7,000,000 won.
