A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a BF car.

On September 8, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of influence of blood alcohol concentration on Sep. 20:25, 2013, and led the Defendant to drive the said car in the direction of the home fluor in the center direction, depending on four-lane roads in front of the terminal shooting distance in the Sungsan-gu, Seosan-si.

At that time, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to thoroughly operate the operation of the motor vehicle and properly operate the brake system to ensure the safety distance and stop the motor vehicle in a safe manner, because the driver of the motor vehicle was stopped by the D self-furt-purd vehicle driven by the victim C(27 years old).

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the injury to the victim G (n, 27 years of age) who was on board the same vehicle as the victim C by occupational negligence as above, by causing approximately two weeks of injury, such as culp salt in each of the following fields: (a) the victim E suffered from the injury of the culp, which requires treatment for about two weeks; and (b) the loss of the culp

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Refusal of the measurement) is under the influence of alcohol by the Defendant, who caused a traffic accident while driving the said freer vehicle under the influence of alcohol, in a traffic control division of the Ansan-gu 1586-4, Ansan-gu, Ansan-gu, Annsan-si, Annsan-si, Annsan-si, Annsan-si, the Defendant: (a) from September 21, 2013 to 21:2; and (b) under the influence of alcohol, such as smelling the Defendant while driving the said freer vehicle while drinking.
