A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the head of the “C” team at the Busan Jin-gu, Busan, the head of the team in charge of the operation of the place of business.

No one shall indicate the name, manufacturing method, ingredients, dietitians, raw materials, uses and quality of livestock products, packaging of livestock products, and the date and time limit for distribution of processed livestock products differently from the fact in relation to the names of livestock products.

Nevertheless, on February 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) on February 14, 2019, when processing (Packing) was processed (Packing) under the above C on February 14, 2019; (b) on February 16, 2019, sold at a discounted price; (c) on February 16, 2019, the period of distribution was indicated differently from the fact as February 16, 2019; and (d) displayed the period of distribution on the display stand; and (e) indicated differently from the fact as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
