【Criminal Facts】

1. On May 1, 2014, from around 00:00 to around 04:00, the Defendant opened a steering door, which is the victim E-owned by the victim, in which he was parked, and entered that door, one motor vehicle key, one one, one two keys, six passbook, six credit cards, and two identification cards.
